5. Products & Orders

1. Product prices, inventory, specifications, descriptions, and other related information may be adjusted from time to time based on actual operating circumstances.
2. After an order is submitted, the platform may conduct appropriate verification, review, and processing based on the status of the order.
3. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to inventory issues, system errors, logistics circumstances, or other exceptional circumstances, the platform may communicate with the relevant buyer or seller and determine an appropriate resolution.

8. Returns & Refunds

All return and refund requests are subject to the platform's current Return & Refund Policy.

When submitting a return or refund request, users may be required to provide relevant order information, photographs, videos, logistics records, transaction records, or other supporting documentation for review.
